Publication Management System


Academicus Publication Management System is an automated publication platform developed and patented by Academicus ISJ, representing a sophisticated tool of the publication flow management, by providing to publishers of scientific peer review journals an integrated system of all components inherent the publication process, starting with the Submission of Manuscripts, the Management of the Editorial Secretariat Back office Operations, including Language and Ethical conformity, Reviewers assignment, Reviewing and Evaluation process, communication with Author’s and the finalization the Release of a new Issue. 
The system provides also a repository of archiving of Author’s data, Submissions records, Articles and documents produced by the publishing process, combined with a multifield integrated and detailed Search system. 
The high level of automation and the preserved access embedded in the system reduces substantially the interference in the double-blind peer review process, as well as in the publishing process, by third parties such as editors and editorial teams. The system is easy to handle, by requiring no any specific knowledge in IT systems for the back-end operations, and makes it a friendly and effective tool for all operators in the sector.
