Rejecting standard commercial packages in favor of sovereign engineering, the system governs the entire lifecycle of scholarly publishing—from secure manuscript intake and UDC-based automated reviewer matching, to rigorous double-blind peer-review workflows and editorial decision-making.

Beyond internal workflow management, the platform serves as an advanced metadata distribution engine. Designed to meet the stringent interoperability standards of the global academic community, the system dynamically generates and exposes structured XML schemas fully compatible with major international indexing databases and digital repositories—including Crossref, DOAJ, EBSCOhost, RePEc, and Open Journal Systems (OJS). Furthermore, by natively supporting the Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting (OAI-PMH) and dedicated Dublin Core metadata exports for every individual article and issue, the platform enables international libraries, aggregators, and institutional crawlers to seamlessly harvest accurate, structured data.
